1. Order

  • How do I know whether successfully ordered?

After selecting a payment method and complete the payment through PayPal or credit card.  It will take you to the page saying “Thank you, we have received your orders “, and it will automatically send the order receipt to your email.


  • How to modify / cancel an order information?

If you would like to make any modifications regarding your order, you can send us your message by using “Contact Us” on our online store site. You can also email us directly.  We will try to get back to you within 24 hours.


  • Returns & Exchanges

If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, and you would like to return or exchange goods, you can find our product FAQs for troubleshooting and send us your message by using “Contact Us” on our online store site. We offer a flexible return policy to make your shopping experience convenient and easy. It depends on the case and situation, the policies may vary. 



2. Payment

  • What are the payment options? Can I pay without PayPal?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. After you successfully complete the payment, you will receive a notification email.
All payment will proceed through PayPal. Yet, it does not require a PayPal account to complete the payment.  



3. Delivery

  • How can I track my order?

Depending on your region, shipping speeds vary. Post Office is our shipping partner for most orders.Please find the expected delivery date in Purchase Instruction  . The tracking number is unavailable at the moment.
However, if you would like to receive your order sooner and pay for the additional shipping fee, we do also offer FedEx economy shipping. A tracking number will be provided by FedEx.


  • When will my order arrived? Can I receive my order sooner?

Your order will be shipped within three business days after we receive your order confirmation. Depending on your region, shipping speeds vary. We’ll keep you updated on shipping information. We will make sure your orders deliver to you as soon as possible.

4. Others

  • What does the warranty cover and how long is it?

1 year from the date of purchase. If a defect exists, at its option Yantouch will repair the product at no charge. If the product can not be repaired, a brand new replacement will be given. We’ll take care of the shipping cost.
Any breakdowns or not function properly caused by anthropic factors, repairing and shipping costs will be collected from the users.
